  Mandala dance at Saratoga Arts, Saratoga Spring  
  Date: December 2nd, 2018> Venue: Saratoga Spring, NY
WCAA was invited by the Saratoga Arts Fest to perform in the event “Bring In The Light”, at The Grove on Lake Ave in Saratoga Springs.
 
       
  Special Christmas Celebration, Amsterdam  
  Date: December 24nd, 2012> Venue: Amsterdam, NY
WCAA and Guang Huan Mi Zong held a grand Christmas Celebration at the Goddess of Mercy Temple.
 
 

   
  Western-Eastern Culture Exchange In The Independence Day Party  
Date: July 4th, 2011> Venue: Amsterdam, NY
WCAA invited its members and local residents to attend this meaningful Independence Day Party. People came to the party with their homemade sushi, cookies, fireworks and firecrackers.

 
The Dragon Boat Festival Party, 2011  
Date: June 6th, 2011 A.D. (May 5th, 2011 on the traditional Chinese Calendar)
Venue: Amsterdam, NY
In this party, people competitively performed wonderful dancing and singing, and shared delicious traditional Chinese biscuit¡XRice Dumpling. It facilitated westerners to understand the origin and the meaning of the Dragon Boat Festival, and promote western-eastern culture exchange.

 
Holy Birthday Ceremony of Shakyamuni Buddha, 2011  
Date: May 10th, 2011 (April 8th, 2555 on the Buddhist Calendar)
Venue: Amsterdam, NY
This event was to celebrate the Holy Birthday of Shakyamuni Buddha, who was the greatest mentor in human history, to facilitate both easterners and westerners to understand who he was, and the contribution of him to the world. By having this ceremony, WCAA encouraged people to explore the truth, and thought about the value of life. Also, this event gave people a chance to understand what Buddhism is, and facilitated the communications between different religions. Furthermore, the Buddhist Energy Empowerment Ceremony during this event brought light and hope to people who attended this event.

 
Western Culture Exposition, 2011  

Date: April 8th¡V10th, 2011
Venue: New York, NY
WCAA guided eastern tourist group to enjoy a series of famous shows in the Broadway theaters in New York City, to visit the Statue of Liberty, the 911 reconstruction site, Wall Street, and UN Headquarter, etc. It helps easterners experience and understand western culture, including opera, music, singing, dancing, etc. Through this event, WCAA facilitates culture exchange between easterners and westerners.

 
Traditional Chinese New Year, 2011  
Date: Feb. 2nd¡V 3rd, 2011 (Traditional Chinese New Year Eve and New Year of 2011)
Venue: Amsterdam, NY
WCAA hosts a series of interesting events on these two days, including New Year Eve overnight party, having special dinner, burning the first incense and making wishes on the New Year early morning, etc. This event facilitated Westerners to understand traditional eastern New Year, experience Chinese culture and a series of Buddhist events on that day, promote eastern-western culture exchange, ease culture conflicts, and create a harmonious communication platform.

 
Benevolent Events in the Christmas, 2010  
Date: Dec. 25th, 2010
Venue: Amsterdam, NY
Through giving Christmas gifts and hosting Christmas party, WCAA created a chance for comers to understand Christmas Holiday, the philosophy of equality and love of Christianity and Catholicism, facilitate Easterners to understand Westerners' culture, and promote western-eastern culture exchange.
